Your career: Progression and evaluation


Your evaluation is based on team work between you, your coach and your management. Two complementary objectives are motivating the CSC evaluation process:

  • Individual objectives: Competence and performance assessment. When setting your objectives – at the beginning of the fiscal year – it is also the occasion to stipulate your special interest areas, training needs and personal ambitions.
  • Collective objectives: They represent your participation in CSC’s overall business achievement and your performance improvement.
Project evaluations take place at the end of each mission, or every six months in the case of a long-term mission. Annual evaluation meetings are also organized to review the individual and collective objectives set at the beginning of the fiscal year.
