Your evaluation is based on team work between you, your coach and your management. Two complementary objectives are motivating the CSC evaluation process:
- Individual objectives: Competence and performance assessment. When setting your objectives – at the beginning of the fiscal year – it is also the occasion to stipulate your special interest areas, training needs and personal ambitions.
- Collective objectives: They represent your participation in CSC’s overall business achievement and your performance improvement.
