You will work as a change management consultant. According to the projects, your job may cover the following aspects:

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

• You will define communication plans and launch communication actions.
  
• You will validate the applications’ performance (acceptance tests)
  
• You will elaborate training manuals
  
• You will participate in the creation of a "story board" and help elaborate e-learning modules
  
• You will supervise training programs
  
• You will participate in project meetings and write the minutes
  
• You will follow up the project’s progression

Competencies and specific skills

• Final year student ending his/her education (higher education only) ;
  
• Business school, engineering school, or university (organization, management, etc).
  
• High interest in project management works.
  
• Fluent English necessary. Other European languages would be a "plus".
