CSC4 Mobile Service Management
A fully functioning Mobile Asset Management using SUP and BOBJ functionality. The application is role based for a Service Technician, Service Representative, Service Sales. The tablet and small form factor device versions provide functionality for a Service Technician. The application was developed using a CSC A&D customer requirements.
Three areas of key functionality for this version are:
- The ability for a service technician to complete a service order including ordering parts and completing individual task steps for a given order
- The technician can view a detailed listing of the day’s service visits he needs to complete, included in this view is a map listing, estimated mileage and time to make the appointment
- Customer analytics enabling the user to talk to the customer’s needs and issues when interacting live with the customer.
- Provides the ability for up sells and cross sells when at the customer’s location
- Provide auditing capabilities to verify user time/date and location validation
- View and complete service orders
- Provides near real time mapping functionality for GIS location
- Customer analytics enabling the user to talk to the customer’s needs
CSC4 Mobile User Management
The application is a mobile client for accessing the approval process of CSC’s User & Authorization Management for SAP, a solution for SOX-compliant management of Users, Roles and Authorizations in SAP.
The solution supports the following three scenarios:
- Administration of users (create, change, lock, password reset)
- Creation and modification of roles and authorizations
- Assignment of roles to users (provide or remove role assignment)
- Password self service
- Mobile Approval Process for user requests
