BPO is a team of qualified professionals, specialising in diverse areas. These are dedicated resources building their expertise year over year. This capability was built and developed based on client recommendations and natural augmentation process, constantly expanding to new business areas. Diverse composure enables easy cross-functional knowledge leverage and sharing.
Project Management team - projects make up almost half of the work that most organizations do. Organizations use projects to help meet their strategic goals. CSC Project Manager leads a team to deliver project(s) on schedule and within budget, while satisfying agreed-upon customer requirements and specifications within the scope of the project. Responsible for the appropriateness, quality, and timeliness of all aspects of the project. Manages the production of project estimates and the project schedule. Establishes tracking measures and milestones, tracks ongoing project progress, controls the budget, and establishes a project office as required. Proactively manages risks, issues, budgets, and scope throughout the project life-cycle. Prepares/presents project plans/status reports to organizational leadership, project teams and client/customer groups.

Service Desk team - is the single point of contact for all users of IT with the goal to restore their normal service as quickly as possible. This can involve fixing a technical fault, fulfilling a service request, answering a query – anything that is needed to allow the quick return to normal working. CSC Baltic SD employees are young, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and skilled young people with a constant eager to learn.
Solution Architecture team - CSC Baltic's architecture unit is providing highly skilled infrastructure design and consulting services to our clients worldwide. Among several dozen architects in the team we have very broad skills coverage in all major infrastructure technology areas. Our architects work according to global architecture processes using CSC's signature Catalyst framework and we are a part of CSC's global architect community.
