Remote Technician
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Role accountabilities will include:
- Apply technical knowledge and experience to understand, document, and begin customer resolution process.
- Communicate with customers doing L1 support when help required.
- Work closely with computer users and the team in order to resolve open issues/concerns.
- Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
Requirements:
- Very strong speaking/writing skills of English language.
- IT experience or relevant IT background (must have).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
