Remote Technician

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Role accountabilities will include:

• Apply technical knowledge and experience to understand, document, and begin customer resolution process.
• Communicate with customers doing L1 support when help required.
• Work closely with computer users and the team in order to resolve open issues/concerns.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints.

Requirements:

• Very strong speaking/writing skills of English language.
• IT experience or relevant IT background (must have).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
