I joined CSC not so long ago – in 2008. New Year, new job, new challenges, new opportunities. The main thing that encouraged me to start working at CSC is its outstanding history and the significant list of achievements in regards to the number of projects the company is carrying out worldwide. Now I can bravely say that CSC is an outstanding company with an enormous amount of information flow, business knowledge and IT experience. I am proud to have the opportunity to be the part of a global team.

Since I started I have met a lot of friendly and target-driven people and the fact that I will meet many more of them in the future motivates me to keep going with the good things I am doing for CSC. I am new and a young employee of a quickly growing company and I am sure that in a couple of years CSC Baltic will become a very big family where You will always be welcome.

There were quite a few things that influenced my decision of whether I wanted to join CSC. First of all it was the size of the company in terms of the number of employees globally and the company turnover. Quite impressive numbers I would say.

Despite the fact that I am a sociologist I was employed as IT Help desk analyst, so I am part of the team which delivers services for SAS, Scandinavian Airlines. It is a great way to improve both personal and professional skills. Besides that I have a unique chance to contribute to the company’s internal environment and culture.

A couple of years ago I finished a software programming and IT course at Vilnius College and now I continue studying international business at Vilnius University. Working at CSC is relevant not only in terms of an international environment and great career opportunities but also in regards to the number of outstanding IT projects CSC are carrying out all around the world.
