GLOBAL ANALYST POSITIONS
Responsibilities:
* Analyze data and provide metric reporting
* Coordinate with global regions on activities related to Demand/Supply Forecasting, including running ad hoc reports and coordinating projects
* Interface with the Regional Demand/Supply Managers to collect and analyze regional Demand/Supply Forecasts, develop a monthly global Demand/Supply Forecast summary package
* Interface and collaborate with Metrics Manager. Perform root cause analysis, coordinate action plans to resolve Red/Amber metrics
* Assist in developing, deploying and maintaining common processes across regions
* As required, collect regional Learning & Development plans, participate in L&D projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Strong organizational skills to assign, balance and prioritize work. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Strong English speaking/writing skill set
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, MPP)
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment
* Minimal experience working with concepts, practices and procedures in areas of responsibility
* Minimal experience in translating operational demands into resource requirements preferred

SOLUTION ARCHITECTS – IT INFRASTRUCTURE
As an architect you will:
* Analyze needs, demands and solution opportunities in an international environment;
* Share your knowledge with support from CSC Knowledge Management processes;
* Have the Technical Architectural authority;
* Make the architectural choices, based on several alternative options – in comparison with strategy, quality, time and cost;
* Determine the optimal solution for the customer in corporation with sales and project lead;
* Create innovation within the customer’s environment;
* Communicate the chosen solution to both internal and external parties;
* Coordinate the architecture across projects, and hereby dictate guidelines for the system developers;
* Assure that the chosen solutions are robust and valid during operation and maintains;
* Review and approve design solutions from global colleagues.
Your background:
* Experience with design and implementation of IT-infrastructure;
* Perhaps you have a longer education in computer science;
* You have a broad knowledge in IT-infrastructure;
* You are good in both speech and writing in English, which is our company language;
* You are trained in customer focus and independent responsibility comes natural to you;
* You are a team-player and are able to keep your head clear and the spirit high, when the train goes fast;
* You have a good overview of the possibilities of the technologies, and are able to combine flexibility and creativity with structure and methods.
