EL SEGUNDO, Calif., July 31 – Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) announced today that it is one of 11 firms that have been awarded an Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-2 Services (ITES-2S) contract by the U.S. Army Contracting Agency (ITEC4) on behalf of the Army’s Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems. The total ceiling value of the contract, which has a three-year base period and three two-year options, for all 11 firms is $20 billion.
CSC estimates the total potential value of its portion of the award to be derived from bidding and winning competitive task orders under ITES-2S to be approximately $2 billion if all options are exercised.
