William L. Deckelman, Jr.
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Mr. Deckelman is the corporate vice president, general counsel and secretary of Computer Sciences Corporation, with global responsibility for all legal activities throughout CSC.

Prior to joining CSC in January 2008, Mr. Deckelman served as executive vice president and general counsel of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. and served as a director from 2000 to 2003, holding various executive positions there since 1989. From 1996 through 1999 Mr. Deckelman was a partner in the law firm of Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. in Austin, Texas. He was previously an attorney at MTech Corporation, responsible for mergers and acquisitions, prior to its merger with Electronic Data Systems Corporation.

Mr. Deckelman holds BA and MBA degrees from Arkansas State University and a Juris Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Arkansas.
