Harvey N. Bernstein
Vice President, Global Legal Compliance

Mr. Bernstein has been corporate vice president in the Office of the General Counsel since November 1988, with responsibility for providing legal services across the breadth of the company. He joined CSC in 1983 as associate general counsel, having represented the company in numerous civil and criminal matters while at the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Bernstein is a graduate of Temple University (BS Communication, 1968), Boston College Law School (JD, 1974), and served in the U.S. Army (1969-1971).
