It has been CSC's policy to invest earnings in the growth of the company rather than distribute earnings as dividends. This policy, under which dividends have not been paid since fiscal 1969, is expected to continue, but is subject to regular review by the Board of Directors.

Early Stock Data

OTC 1963-1964

The Early Stock Data files contain stock data for the OTC period from December 9, 1963, through January 21, 1964, prior to the company's listing on the American Stock Exchange. The data includes the bid, ask and previous ask for this period. These files do not contain data for September 9, 1963, the company's initial public offering date, through December 8, 1963. The daily trading history contained in the Early Stock Data (Adjusted: Dividends/Splits) file was price adjusted in the same manner as the Historical Stock Data (Adjusted: Dividends/Splits) files for the periods Jan. 22, 1964, to the present.
