CSC began trading over-the-counter (OTC) in September 1963 and subsequently listed on the American Stock Exchange on January 22, 1964. Since November 26, 1968, CSC has traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "CSC." The company's stock has split (via stock dividends) five times in its public company history.
