Thomas E. Hogan is Executive Vice President & General Manager, Global Business Services & Regions. He is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of CSC’s commercial-focused consulting, systems integration, application services and software IP pursuits, which span more than 70 countries and all major industries. Mr. Hogan also leads CSC’s geographies, ensuring that the company’s capabilities are delivered throughout regional and local accounts.

Within this role, Mr. Hogan is charged with creating an integrated consulting, applications, software and software testing business by developing branded solutions that incorporate industry-specific IP and technology from CSC’s extensive network of strategic alliances.

Mr. Hogan previously served in a variety of senior executive positions at HP from 2006 through early 2011, most recently as executive vice president of sales and marketing. Prior to HP, he served as the chief executive officer of Vignette, a publicly held software company that specializes in enterprise content management.

Mr. Hogan also served as senior vice president of global sales and operations for Siebel Systems, contributing to the company’s success in quadrupling total revenues. He began his career at IBM, and prior to departing for Siebel Systems became vice president of midrange servers for the Americas.

Mr. Hogan holds a master’s degree in management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and graduated with honors as he focused on finance, international business and organizational behavior. He also holds a bachelor of science degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Illinois.
