Sunita Holzer
Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer

Sunita Holzer has more than 28 years of human resources operations experience. While at Chubb Group for Insurance Companies, she drove worldwide human resources strategy design and implementation as well as performance management and successor planning. She also developed incentive and long term compensation planning and spearheaded revolutionizing the culture and creating a high performance organization. Prior to her tenure as chief human resources officer at Chubb Group for Insurance Companies, Ms. Holzer was vice president human resources for GE Capital Corporate and has also held positions at American Express and AIG.

Ms. Holzer has a bachelor of science degree from the State University of New York – Stony Brook, a Masters of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the School of Labor Relations at New York Institute of Technology and a Six Sigma certification.
