Gary M. Budzinski
Executive Vice President & General Manager, Global Infrastructure Services
Gary M. Budzinski leads CSC’s Global Infrastructure Services business unit comprising more than 40,000 employees worldwide. As Executive Vice President & General Manager, he is responsible for global sales of CSC’s infrastructure portfolio, as well as ensuring superb productivity in the areas of global infrastructure outsourcing, business process outsourcing, managed services, integrated technology services, and maintenance and technical services. Mr. Budzinski is dedicated to meeting CSC’s financial commitments, delivering operational excellence, and improving the company’s operational competitiveness. He is an advocate of providing exceptional client and employee engagement to instill loyalty and client satisfaction.
Mr. Budzinski is an accomplished global IT Services executive with more than 29 years of experience in the consulting, IT services, and outsourcing industry, most recently as CEO and Founder of Integrity Innovation International, LLC, a private information technology consulting firm. In this role he helped his clients determine and apply the most effective and innovative use of technology to achieve their business goals. Prior to this position he was senior vice president and general manager for HP’s $12 billion Technology Services business unit. In this role he oversaw a broad portfolio of services focused on support, deployment, availability, infrastructure, and security solutions for business-critical environments.
Mr. Budzinski has a deep background in information technology and organizational transformation. Prior to HP he was president of Aon Consulting Human Resources Outsourcing and also had an extensive career with EDS Corporation in different leadership positions. Across his various roles at HP, Aon and EDS, Mr. Budzinski demonstrated his ability to lead large-scale, complex, global services operations that have involved operational transformation, financial performance turnaround, global delivery and expansion, merger integration, and management of strategic client relationships with either growing or underperforming engagements. He also served on the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME) board and has held security clearances in his work with government intelligence agencies.
Mr. Budzinski has a Master of Science degree in computer information management from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. He has studied extensively in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and global management at Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management, and has expanded his formal education with executive development programs at the London School of Business and Kellogg Executive Development of Management at Northwestern University.
