Gary M. Budzinski
Executive Vice President & General Manager, Global Infrastructure Services
Gary Budzinski leads CSC’s Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) business unit comprising more than 25,000 employees worldwide. As Executive Vice President and General Manager, he is responsible for four profit & loss centers including Workplace Services, Data Center Services, Platform Services and Enterprise Service Management. He also oversees the global sales and delivery of CSC’s infrastructure portfolio and managed services while leading key transformation efforts to enhance CSC’s financial performance, operations and competitiveness.
As the focal point for CSC’s global service operations, Gary manages the global delivery network and workforce optimization strategies with a focus on delivering service innovation, quality and consistency to CSC’s clients. Under his direction, GIS drives CSC’s Offering Lifecycle Management process to standard-ize the company’s enterprise-wide portfolio and elevate delivery performance. As a strong client service advocate, Gary also leads the organization’s service excellence functions, including quality assurance and automation strategies, account start-up and re-engineering, while overseeing GIS’ full program management capabilities.
Gary is an accomplished global IT Services executive with more than 34 years of experience in consulting, IT services and outsourcing, most recently as CEO and Founder of Integrity Innovation International, LLC, a private IT consulting firm. In this role Gary helped clients apply innovative technologies to achieve business goals. Previously he was senior vice president and general manager for HP’s $12 billion Technology Services business unit where he oversaw services focused on support, deployment, availability, infrastructure and security for business-critical environments.
Gary has a deep background in information technology and organizational transformation. Prior to HP he was president of Aon Consulting Human Resources Outsourcing and also served extensively in leadership roles with EDS Corporation. Across these roles, Gary has successfully led large-scale, complex, global services operations involving operational transformation, financial turnaround, global delivery and expansion, merger integration, and management of growing or underperforming client engagements. He also served on the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME) board and has held security clearances in his work with intelligence agencies.
Gary has a Master of Science degree in computer information management from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. He has studied extensively in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and global management at Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management, and has expanded his formal education with executive development programs at the London School of Business and Kellogg Executive Development of Management at Northwestern University.
