James D. Cook
Executive Vice President & General Manager, Global Industries

Mr. Cook is Executive Vice President & General Manager, Global Industries with responsibility for shaping CSC’s growth strategies in financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and diversified industries globally. Mr. Cook is also responsible for CSC’s commercial performance across these industries and expanding market coverage and demand for CSC’s full portfolio of services with Global 1000 companies, including next-generation offerings such as cloud, cyber and big data.

Mr. Cook has served CSC clients for more than 15 years as a partner of CSC Index, president of the Pinnacle Alliance, president of Financial Services Group and president of Business Solutions and Services.

Before joining CSC, Mr. Cook held a wide range of executive positions at some of the world’s most successful enterprises, including Philip Morris, Kraft Foods, General Electric, and Chase Manhattan Bank. His perspective has been shaped by experiences as a CIO, head of manufacturing, head of quality assurance, head of procurement, brand management and marketing, sales, and correspondent banking.

Mr. Cook received an MBA from Stanford University and a BS from MIT. He concluded his service in the US Army as a captain.
