Stephen Hilton Biography
Executive Vice President & General Manager, Global Infrastructure Services
Mr. Hilton leads CSC’s Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) business unit. As the focal point for CSC’s worldwide service operations, he manages CSC’s global delivery network and workforce optimization strategies with a focus on delivering service innovation, quality and consistency to CSC’s clients. He oversees the global sales and delivery of CSC’s infrastructure and managed services portfolios comprised of Cloud, Workplace, Data Center, Platform and Service Management.
Mr. Hilton brings more than 22 years of experience to CSC, specializing in executing next–generation technology at scale, automating business processes, eliminating legacy systems and working to build robust processes for managing infrastructures. With extensive experience as a CIO, he also brings a unique perspective to CSC clients from both the buy and sell side of large-scale, mission-critical next gen infrastructures.
Prior to returning to CSC, Mr. Hilton served as CIO of Technology Infrastructure Services and Head of Corporate Real Estate & Services for Credit Suisse. During his tenure, he was responsible for the technology infrastructure and global real-estate portfolio where he implemented a multi-year technology, asset divestiture and cultural change program. In addition, he also managed global sourcing and procurement activities across the Credit Suisse enterprise.
Mr. Hilton also held IT leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase. He was Global Program Manager for a large scale reduction program and focused on end-to-end outsourced technology solutions, outsourcing vendor contract management, firm-wide program management and in-sourcing contract negotiations. During his first tenure with CSC, he served as a Service Delivery Executive, Technical Architect and Business Development/Sales Director based in London, Singapore and New York.
Mr. Hilton holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bristol University.
