Chief Architect, Storage as a Service (STaaS) and Distinguished Architect

Bob is Chief Architect for Storage as a Service (STaaS) and is a global domain architect for storage and disaster recovery services. During his 20-year career with CSC, Bob has worked successfully, and often concurrently, on numerous multi-million dollar infrastructure programs, through full life cycle. He joined an embryonic GIS Architecture team in 1996 as one of three in an architect role. Bob was a key leader, helping the architecture team grow to over 500 members globally. He held a number of lead architecture roles including projects for BAE SYSTEMS and JP Morgan. During this time, he helped drive standard products, architectures and solutions across the CSC account base and was held accountable for all storage architecture. He was also responsible for the technical relationship with EMC, HDS, IBM, NetApp and VERITAS.
