Jim serves as the Chief Technology Officer for the Americas Region, where he engages with clients and partners to provide thought leadership across the business and technology spectrum. He also leads CSC's Industry and Technology Consulting Groups, as well as the Architecture community in the region. In addition, he serves on the Technology Decision Committee, helping guide CSC’s technology and offering transformation activities.

Prior to joining CSC, Mr. Houghton led Client Services at ServiceMesh where he was responsible for the global delivery of implementation and advisory consulting services for the Agility Platform and associated solutions, as well as post-implementation customer satisfaction programs. Previously, Jim was the CTO and co-founder of Adaptivity, the Head of Architecture and Strategy for Bank of America, Head of Product Management for Wachovia’s Corporate and Investment Bank, and built and led leading-edge consulting practices for IBM Global Services and Deloitte Consulting.
