Claims Administration With a fully integrated approach to supporting the entire claims process, CSC’s Exceed Claims Administration is the industry’s most complete claims management system. It serves as an electronic claim folder for all claim-related information and supports all core claims functions including first notice of loss, policy/coverage verification, automatic assignment of claims, workload management and financial processing.
Client Management - Puts key information into your hands with comprehensive profiles on all customers. Client Management is the core of Exceed and represents the logical first step in achieving a true customer-oriented, integrated systems environment — ensuring data integrity. Additional attributes of this component include functions for marketing opportunities such as cross-selling.
Contracts & Commissions - Manages information that describes an agency's contract with your company.
