Charenton, 17 March 2006 – Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC), a leading global information technology (IT) services firm, announced today that health and protection insurance provider for the French police force, Mutuelle Générale de la Police (MGP), has licensed CSC’s GraphTalk A.I.A to improve both management performance and customer services. The agreement marks GraphTalk A.I.A’s entry into the French state employees’ mutual market.
GraphTalk A.I.A administers a wide range of life, health and protection products, as well as pensions and general insurance products.
MGP selected GraphTalk A.I.A for its capability to address the needs of the whole community of the mutual company members efficiently and quickly. By using GraphTalk A.I.A, MGP will be able to develop a wide range of modular health and protection products and offer a more personalised service to its members.
The software package implementation will also allow MGP to consolidate the health and protection portfolio onto a single platform, providing streamlined and optimized business processes, as well as a single view of the customer profile.
