After analyzing your company’s closed claims, Precedent ID provides adjusters with a catalog of similar closed claims. This relevant closed claim data supports the assessment phase of a new claim by giving the adjuster one more method to support valuation. Precedent ID also assists in the negotiation phase by increasing the confidence of the adjuster by providing access to specific facts of the precedent claims:
  • Precedent ID prioritizes the best matches.
  • The adjuster can drill-down and compare a current claim to closed precedents one-on-one.
  • Precedent claims are shown graphically, banded into low, medium and high ranges for easy visualization.
