Designed to work both online and offline, this Web browser-based software can be used by an insurance company’s producers, agents and even Internet consumers. CSC's Intelligent e-App automatically populates data fields for the appropriate products from the data captured. Data on existing clients is also automatically populated, subject to business rules set by your organization. Based on the applicant's information and the product, users are led through reflexive questioning about the appropriate product by screens dynamically created by the system. Intelligent e-App selects required forms for each product and automatically presents them for completion. The data entered is immediately validated using appropriate rules to assure the submission of clean applications. Electronic signatures can be captured directly in each required form, or the forms can be printed locally, or elsewhere, for the capture of signatures in ink. The complete, clean application, with all of the required and current version forms, is submitted electronically for immediate processing.
CSC's software can create a seamless, automatic flow of data from needs analysis and illustration to filling out the appropriate forms to electronically submitting the application for new business processing. When the applications are sent to CSC's nbAccelerator, the streamlining of requirement gathering and other activities continues — further lowering new business costs.
