FALLS CHURCH, Va., May 14, 2002 -- Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) has won a contract with the U.S. Department of State (DoS) to provide information technology (IT) and professional/technical services at locations worldwide. The agreement is valued at $160 million if all options are exercised over one base year and four one-year options.

The contract calls for a wide variety of computer and telecommunications services to support the Department of State’s operating systems as well as hardware and software applications. Under the agreement, CSC will provide the full spectrum of IT support services to DoS organizations, bureaus and U.S. embassies in more than 280 locations worldwide.
