The Environmental Services Schedule provides environmental planning, compliance and training services to enable government agencies to meet their environmental needs. These services are distinct from engineering, design and cleanup. Every government agency has the requirement to comply with environmental laws and regulations. The ES Schedule provides federal agencies with services in six areas:
SIN 899-1, Environmental Planning Services & Documentation
SIN 899-2, Environmental Compliance Services
SIN 899-3, Environmental, Occupational, and Training Services
SIN 899-4, Waste Management Services and Software
SIN 899-6, Telephone Advisory Services
The pricing on the ES Schedule includes a .75% Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) which the contractor will pay to GSA FSS (the IFF applies only to those items on a GSA price list). The period of performance for the ES Schedule is five (5) years with one five (5) year option (March 3, 2000 through March 2, 2010). The geographic coverage is worldwide as specified in the individual task orders. Types of orders are firm-fixed price, labor hour or time-and-materials.
