This contract was awarded to DynCorp Technical Services, which was acquired by CSC on March 7, 2003 and is now called CSC Applied Technologies LLC. The multiple award schedule is an ID/IQ contract providing the full range of SIN 246-52 Professional Security/Facility Management Services & SIN 246-54 Guard Services for all federal departments and agencies.
CSC offers Total Solutions for Law Enforcement, Security, Facilities Mgmt, Fire, Rescue, Clothing, Marine Craft & Emergency/Disaster Response.
GSA Schedule 84 covers the following services:
Professional Security/Facility Management Services - including security consulting, training and facility management consulting
Guard Services
The pricing on the Schedule 84 includes a .75% Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) which the contractor will pay to GSA FSS (the IFF applies only to those items on a GSA price list). The period of performance for this contract is five (5) years with one five (5) year option (May 1, 2002 through June 30, 2007). The geographic coverage is as specified in the individual task orders. Customer consults with CSC Applied Technologies professionals to develop the Statement of Work (SOW) and provides it to the Contracting Office Technical Representative/Contracting Office Representative (COTR/COR).
COTR/COR reviews documentation and forwards with funding documents to Contracting Office.
Contracting Office requests quote from CSC.
CSC provides quote - and technical proposal, if applicable - to Contracting Office for evaluation and award.
Contracting Office awards and distributes documentation to ATD.
