CSC’s CyberLife, PerformancePlus and VP/MS to Consolidate Systems for InsurerEL SEGUNDO, Calif., March 18, 2004 – Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) today announced that Conseco Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Conseco Inc. (NYSE: CNO), has licensed three integrated CSC software products to streamline the insurer’s back-office processing and reduce costs.
With CSC’s support, Conseco will convert and replace more than 20 systems with CSC’s CyberLife, PerformancePlus and Visual Product/Modeling System (VP/MS) software, which will become Conseco’s consolidated individual life insurance back-office platform.
CyberLife is a Web-enabled policy administration system that automates contract servicing from the point of sale through final payout. CyberLife integrates with PerformancePlus, incentive management software designed to streamline commission and bonus processing, enhance channel management and improve relationships with insurers’ sales forces, and VP/MS, a self-documenting, portable business rules and calculation engine.
