Austin, Texas, June 15 -- Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) announced today that it signed a multimillion dollar agreement with Manulife Financial's Boston-based U.S. Division continuing the companies' relationship of nearly a decade.

Under the new agreement, Manulife Financial licensed several CSC software products and extended its remote services contract for three years to support its block of U.S. annuity business. In addition, CSC will provide consulting services.
