AMERICAN AGRICULTURAL INSURANCE COMPANY LICENSES CSC'S REINSURANCE SOFTWARE

Austin, Texas, Sept. 13 -- Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) announced that American Agricultural Insurance Company, Park Ridge, Ill., licensed CSC's SICS/nt software for its assumed reinsurance business. The AAIC license is for seven years.

SICS is the world's leading reinsurance system, first offered in the early `80s and used by more than 70 companies on five continents. SICS/nt is a new client-server version that provides a dramatic increase in functionality and usability. With separate versions tailored for the property/casualty and life reinsurance industries, SICS/nt is a client-centered application offering underwriting, claims, payables and receivables, and portfolio analysis/risk accumulation management in an easy-to-use, integrated package.
