DTS CONSULTING FORMS ALLIANCE WITH CSC TO OFFER CORE BANKING AND CARDS SOLUTIONS TO LATIN AMERICAN BANKS

DTS Consulting
Săo Paulo, Brazil, June 11, 2008 -- DTS Consulting, a Brazilian multinational company that serves large financial institutions, today announced a new alliance with CSC (NYSE: CSC), a leading information technology (IT) services company, to offer CSC’s core banking and cards solutions to Latin American banks.

CSC’s Hogan Core Banking System is an integrated suite of banking software applications designed to process deposits, loans, cards, customer management and collections for the global banking market. Under the alliance, DTS Consulting will offer implementation services to Latin American financial institutions already using or interested in deploying components of the Hogan suite. Today, during Ciab Febraban, one of the largest bank events of Latin America, DTS Consulting will showcase CSC’s Hogan suite in its booth.

“The vision is to implement Hogan and develop services fitting to the platform the client already has in place, thus creating a complete, fully customized and, above all, cooperative solution,” said Fernando Parra, CEO, DTS Consulting. “If the need requires, we shall even put together a data center for processing.”

Software supported includes CSC’s cards management solution, the CAMS II Card & Merchant System. According to financial market analysts, the credit card market in the first five months of 2008 showed a 21.8% growth over the same period last year. The number of transactions is also expected to grow by more than 20%.

“During the last six years, the number of credit cards in Brazil increased more than 90%. With such a volume traded by consumers in such a short period of time, banking institutions need to support these operations securely and efficiently,” Parra added. “This growth pattern will likely intensify, and technology must be an ally in this economic scenario maturation process.”

“DTS Consulting has a solid reputation for delivering needed platform services to a growing number of financial institutions,” said Jeffery Schwalk, vice president and managing director of the Banking Division of CSC’s Financial Services Sector. “The company’s team of implementation experts will play an important role in helping CSC to extend our proven, robust core banking and cards management software to clients throughout Latin America.”
