Online Delivery System
Online Delivery System (ODS) is a transaction processing system that supports multiple types of input devices for performing monetary transactions across geographic and departmental boundaries. ODS manages the transaction processing portion of the online operation, whether the transaction is initiated from a Web transaction, audio device, intelligent teller terminal system, automated teller machine, switch home banking or point of sale device. The typical transaction set includes deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, teller control functions such as sign-on and sign-off, balancing adjustments and credit/debit card authorizations. Additionally, ODS has the ability to handle a variety of miscellaneous transactions such as money order and cashier’s check sales, food stamps, utility payments and passbook print functions.
