- Teaming with IBM for performance and scalability benchmarks including Hogan port to DB2 and the CAMS II card scalability test
- Development of Hogan Systems Integrator, which exposes core system functionality to multiple delivery channels
- Development of the Hogan Systems Navigator, a breakthrough desktop application providing unprecedented access to Hogan Systems data through browser functions, saving significant programming time for Hogan System users
