Stephen Massel is the Head – Capital Markets, Independent Testing Services within CSC. Stephen is an experienced senior Information Technology executive with over twenty years experience in Equities and Equity Derivatives, Trading Floor systems and Global Financial Services. He has a strong track record of Quality Assurance, startups and management of major projects, trading strategy and system software development, integration and testing.

Prior to his current role, Steve was the Assistant Vice President and Head of the Capital Markets vertical for AppLabs, the world’s largest testing, quality management company. Stephen was Managing Director of Quality Management at the American Stock Exchange where his primary responsibilities were for functional, interface and integration testing of a new Reg NMS compliant electronic and floor based Equity Trading System and existing Options platform.
