The increasing consumerization of information technology has brought about not just consumerized products and consumerized services, but also employees who are now much more sophisticated in their use of IT. These employees are "double deep." They know both the technology and their particular job function. In this session, we will explore the need to enable these employees to use IT in a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) manner, supported by a new generation of emerging DIY devices, tools and services.
