CIO Klub is an association of CIOs of Indian Enterprises across the Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Real Estate & Construction industries. The key objectives of the Klub are to share experience, enhance knowledge and explore business solutions by leveraging the collective wisdom of large number of CIOs. The CIO KLUB provides a platform for CIOs to meet IT suppliers as per their needs and interests. On the other hand, it provides IT suppliers, like CSC, an opportunity to meet senior level technology executives through seminars and other events.

CSC was a Bronze Sponsor of CIO Klub's CIO Leadership Symposium and 2nd Anniversary Celebrations which was organized on 18th June, 2011 in Delhi. The theme of the symposium was - The Future of IT, The Future CIO. The event was attended by over 100 CIO's from across the country.

Generating visibility amongst the CIO community, and creating awareness of CSC's capabilities and plans to make a foray into the India market were the prime objectives of CSC's participation at the event. As a Bronze sponsor, we gained considerable visibiltiy at the event venue, on the CIO Klub web site and in the event promotions. The CSC booth at the event provided us a platform to interact with CIO's to understand their IT plans and see how our capabilities align with their IT objectives.

Brian J Manning, President and MD, CSC, India, was a keynote speaker at the event and presented on the topic 'Building Alignment'.
