• Process Maturity Framework for Support Groups (PMFS) Level 5: CSC's Finance department in India received a Certificate of Compliance against the “Internal Process framework of support functions” of CSC from Quality Assurance Institute (QAI). The Finance function was found to operate at Level 5 of this internal CSC framework.
