About the HPC CoE

The CSC High Performance Computing (HPC) Center of Excellence (CoE) reflects CSC's commitment to high performance computing and supports the needs of a wide range of government and commercial clients. Our service offerings are designed to allow our customers the flexibility of choosing the service and level of service they require to meet their mission.

CSC has supported the high performance computing needs of the government and commercial clients for over 20 years. The CSC HPC CoE comprises approximately 170 experts, dedicated facilities, and a broad set of resources - all focused on delivering world-class HPC solutions and services to our clients.

The HPC CoE's subject matter experts have delivered direct high performance computing support and services within government and commercial environments. Our clients benefit from our extensive working relationships with hardware and software vendors who focus on HPC and data centers. These ongoing, well-established relationships foster the development of innovative solutions.

In collaboration with several industry partners, the HPC CoE has established the HPC Innovation Center, which consists of a facility in Beavercreek, Ohio, a facility in Sunnyvale, California and a facility planned for Huntsville, Alabama. The HPC resources housed at these facilities are a mechanism to proactively contribute to the advancement of HPC solutions and services as well as deliver our customers value-added services that generate positive results for their mission. Additionally, these facilities can be quickly configured to provide our customers additional computational resources during times of increased HPC demand.
