The company was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under the name Automated Systems Holdings Limited (The ASL Group) in November 1997. The Group consists of six major operating companies: Automated Systems (HK) Limited, ELM Computer Technologies Limited, CSA Automated (Macau) Limited, Taiwan Automated Systems Ltd., Guangzhou Automated Systems Limited and ASL Automated (Thailand) Limited.

The ASL Group delivers comprehensive one-stop IT services including applications and software development, consulting, systems integration, maintenance support, help desk, data center, outsourcing and training to corporate customers across all industries. For the year ended March 31, 2008, the Group reported a turnover of HK$1,393 million.
