News Alert: BioPortfolio - CSC Further Bolsters European Regulatory Services Business with Senior Appointment

CSC Life Sciences, a leading provider of regulated business solutions for the life sciences industry, today announced the appointment of Paul Herd as business development executive. Based at the company’s Aldershot offices in Hampshire in the U.K., Paul will lead CSC’s regulatory and clinical services in Europe.

Paul joins CSC from clinical and regulatory solutions provider Octagon Research, where he was senior sales and marketing director for Europe. His role during his two years at Octagon included building the firm’s strategic European sales and marketing team as well as creating market visibility and increasing sales revenues for the company throughout Europe. Before that, he was director of European operations in the life sciences division of quality management solutions specialist MasterControl, having been brought in to establish a foothold for the company’s business operations in Europe.
