Lisa Kreeger, RN, MBA, PhD Principal, Health Plan Solution LeaderDr. Lisa Kreeger, ICD-10 Solution Lead for CSC’s Healthcare Group, brings extensive experience in healthcare payor operations and clinical settings. She has spent the last 6 years focused exclusively on the promotion of collaborative working relationships between and within large organizations during periods of significant change. She has extensive experience in global delivery and client and vendor partner relationship management. Dr. Kreeger is a Registered Nurse with an MBA and a recent PhD in Leadership and Organizational Change. She is a published writer in the field of leadership and alliance relationships.
Mitchell Kent, BS, PMP Test ArchitectMitchell Kent is a Test Architect for ICD-10 testing and implementation projects on behalf of CSC’s healthcare clients. One of Mitchell’s recent projects was an ICD-10 remediation project for the State of North Carolina in which he served as team leader responsible for ICD-9 to ICD-10 map validation and for development of the overall software testing strategy for a large Medicaid organization. He also led the system testing effort for a CSC internal development project for creation of the ICD-10 Testing Toolkit which will be fielded in early 2013. Prior roles have included Senior Test Manager for the HIPAA EDI version 5010 implementation for the BCBS Plan in Hawaii and Software Testing Director for BCBS of North Carolina. Mitchell holds a BS in Engineering Science and is a certified Project Management Professional.
