CSC participates in Warrington and Halton Health Partnership’s event, Digital Thinking
CSC recently participated in Warrington and Halton Health Partnership’s event, Digital Thinking.
The organisers invited a number of suppliers to the event whom they believe can help the partnership with their goal of improving the health of the population and achieving their vision of excellence. CSC was one of a number of companies invited to attend. Delegates had the opportunity to provide feedback to the partnership on the technologies and services showcased at the event.
CSC showcased a number of products and services which can help move the integrated care agenda forward, including mobile EPR, change management services, and integrated care. What proved very popular was CSC’s HEALTHPATCH – an eHealth mobile application that integrates Vital Connect technology. The device is a wearable Bluetooth biosensor which is now FDA-approved in the United States and CE-approved in Europe to measure eight vital signs, including heart rate and ECG.
CSC also hosted a number of integrated care breakout session where we gave delegates a view of our approach to an integrated care framework.
The event was attended by stakeholders from across the social care and health services spectrum. From the feedback session it was clear that delegates agree with CSC’s view that applications and technology solutions alone will not provide a firm foundation for moving forward in integrating care – organisations are looking for business partners that can support them in the first steps along this journey of transforming care delivery across local geographies.
CSC is a change agent. We have the scope and capabilities to fulfil the role as business partner on this road to integrated care, thus helping organisations achieve clinical relevance and giving them more time to focus on core competencies.
