Our "out-of-the-box" thin-client solution gives them straight-through access – all they need is an Internet connection. GraphTalk A.I.A can also be configured to allow customers to access their own data.
Documentation Management
- GraphTalk A.I.A provides extensive document management capability, both inbound and outbound. Standard forms, letters, wordings, etc., are parameterised and managed within the system, enabling documents to be automatically triggered as part of business processes, or managed manually according to the process requirements.
Reporting and BI
- CSC has enhanced GraphTalk A.I.A’s reporting capabilities by providing our customers with greater access to the data set through data universes. Direct access to this reporting base will enable the data to be extracted to external systems much easier and faster.
Insurers can also benefit from the integration of GraphTAlk A.I.A with SAP Business Objects reporting tools together with a set of pre-built standard reports.
