On the 17th September 2012, the second largest non-life insurer in Luxembourg, LALUX Assurances, formerly known as La Luxembourgeoise, went live successfully with GraphTalk A.I.A for its general insurance/P&C business.
Established in 1920, La Luxembourgeoise was the first insurance company active in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Today, it is still one of the leaders in the insurance sector, offering a large portfolio of products and services in both Life and Non-Life.
With a market share of 30% in Non-Life LALUX Assurances has an extensive distribution channel of 1,300 agents and more than 300 employees. The company administers approximately 400 000 contracts with premium income of
€199 Million in 2011.
In 2010, CSC’s GraphTalk A.I.A was chosen to replace the company’s general insurance legacy applications in order to strengthen its market position and optimize its business processes whether in terms of customer relations management, the administration of general insurance contracts and claims, distribution channels, commissions and billing.
