Technical Industrial Placement Programme

We give our students the right start with a real job with real responsibilities. By spending your placement year at CSC, you’ll have the opportunity to gain experience working with some of the most talented people in the industry, and for some of our most exciting clients.

We have positions available for individuals in their penultimate year of study as part of a sandwich course in technical roles across numerous areas of the business. You’ll be working in multi-functional teams and will experience how a project works to a real deadline for a real client. You’ll also be able to work with a range of people that will support you during your placement (such as fellow graduates, project team members, buddy, mentor and HR representative).

In terms of the role itself, you could be working as a support analyst, be based within our technical architecture teams, or take on the role of Test Analyst. We’ll work with you at the assessment centre to help you understand which role will be the best fit for you within CSC. We’re really keen to ensure that you find a placement which will fulfil, stimulate and challenge you during your time with us.
