Industrial Placements
Our industrial placements are a great way of developing your technical expertise. We offer internships that typically last for 12 months. As well as a salary of c£15,300, you’ll receive annual holiday, excellent training and development opportunities.
You’ll normally undertake a work placement between July and September. Reviews will take place at 3, 6 and 12 months. The final exit review is designed to assess the year and your overall performance. If things have worked out well and the opportunities are available, we may be able to offer you a place on our graduate programme.
Education
Potential interns must have a sound educational record. We accept applications from candidates studying all degree disciplines; however, for some of our technical roles you will need to be studying for a degree in a relevant subject.
Experience
A basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office is vital, along with good communication skills. It may be that work experience or extra-curricular activity will count in your favour too.
Skills
We’re looking for a positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work either independently or as part of a multicultural team. You will have strong organisational skills, be able to demonstrate initiative, and be fluent in English. You’ll also be creative, enthusiastic about change, and have a passion for learning.
