Step by Step

1. Online application

To get started, you will need to fill in an online application at www.cscgraduates.co.uk and click on apply. Preparation is key here, as we’ll be looking for you to demonstrate your skills and experiences by answering four competency questions. We will acknowledge your application and let you know the next steps.

2. An online inductive reasoning test

An inductive reasoning test measures abilities which are important in solving problems. They may also be referred to as abstract reasoning tests or diagrammatic style tests. Inductive reasoning tests measure the ability to work flexibly with unfamiliar information and find solutions. People who perform well on these tests tend to have a greater capacity to think conceptually as well as analytically.

3. A 45-minute telephone interview

Again, we’ll be focusing heavily on your skills through a series of competency questions.
The interview will be conducted by one of our friendly and helpful recruiters who’ll be keen to help you get the best out of the experience.

4. An Assessment day

This is a full-day event at an Assessment Centre which most people are surprised they actually enjoy! During the day you will complete three or four different exercises (depending on which programme you are applying for).  More information regarding the Assessment Centre will be available as you progress through the selection process.
