Salary: £26,500 (+ benefits) - UK based, plus flexiblility to travel for assignments. Relevant degree or work experience required.

Join our Graduate Consulting Programme and you’ll not only learn how to advise clients on business improvements, you’ll be able to choose the route you want to take. There are two options: Business or Systems Integration and Technology. Both offer a unique blend of variety and challenge as well as 24 months of structured development. Most important of all, no matter what programme you choose, you’ll gain the kind of experience that will help you become a well-rounded and effective consultant, delivering the very best IT and business solutions.

You’ll spend your time work shadowing, attending courses relevant to your assignment and you’ll have a buddy who will help you get the most out of every day. On this programme, as with others, you may be required to work at any of our offices in the UK and occasionally you may travel abroad. So we are looking for people who are flexible.

Business Consulting

In Business Consulting we’re looking for graduates who are capable of adapting to diverse and challenging assignments. You will need strong problem solving and analytical skills, and have the drive to deliver solutions that solve our clients’ problems. During the programme you can move around different accounts and work in industries that range from aerospace to financial services. And you’ll face different kinds of challenges, ranging from business transformation and process improvement, to operational efficiency and strategy development.

Systems Integration and Technology Consulting
In Technology Consulting we're looking for graduates who are capable of applying technology solutions to meet real world challenges.  You will need a deep understanding and interest in technology with the ability to translate that into what the business needs.  During the programme you can move around different accounts and work in a variety of industries that range from aerospace to financial services. From designing and delivering large-scale enterprise architectures, to social media and client relationship management, through to mobile technologies, the Systems Integration and Technology Consulting Programme will give you a chance to use the power of technology to solve some of the most complex challenges faced by our clients.
