There's more to training than being in a classroom!

This may be your first job since you left education, or it might be your first job for several years. Training in business has changed! We have a wide variety of tools at our disposal to ensure that you can learn and develop in your chosen field, including:

• on-line virtual training with our huge library of training videos, books and courses
• 'on the job' learning during your assignments - with clearly defined goals so you'll know what's expected of you
• feedback from your colleagues and managers - they'll help you find your way
• graduate team challenges, including Challenge 1000 and the Second Year Project
• lunch and learn sessions – short, live virtual based learning systems to bring you up to speed
• and yes, there's still classroom based training

As part of the programme, you will have a formal curriculum based on the area of the business that you’ll be working in, consisting of all the different formats mentioned above.

However, as well as the more formal curriculum, you will work with the Graduate Team and your Line Manager to develop your personal training plan, tailored to you.
