Edward Hoyt, the ITES-2S Program Manager, is PMP certified and has over 25 years of combined management experience in the public and private sectors.

Our robust and versatile ITES-2S team structure supports development of multiple Task Order Requests, simultaneous Task Order (TO) execution, and promotion of business growth. We are organized to provide centralized service to the ITES-2S Program Management Office (PMO) through the CSC PM and his staff while providing decentralized task execution directly to ITES-2S customers. Our organization makes business development (BD) an integral part of the team, joining CSC’s corporate BD support capabilities with those of our subcontractor teammates.

As a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Acquisition Corps, he was Level III certified for Program Management, Information Technology, and Level II certified for Test and Evaluation. Ed has primary responsibility for all aspects of the ITES-2S program for CSC. Faye Firth, the ITES-2S Task Order Coordinator has over 10 years experience in business and finance and manages the processes we successfully use on large IDIQ contracts and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA).
