Sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), DFISS III is an ID/IQ contract totaling $150 million. It provides the full range of IT and automated data processing services to DoD finance and military organizations (and possibly other Federal agencies in the future).

Helpful Details

You can order DFISS services through T&M or FFP task orders. Since DFISS is a "Fair Opportunity to Be Considered" contract, all new requests for services are sent to all primes for their consideration. The CSC team is one of four contractor teams providing DFISS services. However, when you have chosen a vendor to work on a particular system project, you have the option of continuing to use that vendor — without a recompete — for additional DFISS work on that system throughout the option years of the contract.

The labor category descritions are embedded in the original SOW for the DFISS III BPA, starting on page 38.  There are 6 labor categories that cannot be used right now because GSA deleted the base labor categories off the GSA IT 70 Schedule.  They are:

• Sr, Business Analyst
